This form is to be used where an existing member requests the use of the Chicken Shed. Once submitted, the request will be reviewed and you will be responded to once completed.

I agree:

  • to store boats, trailers, or agreed equipment only.
  • to hold adequate third-party liability for dinghies stored at the club.
  • for club officials to move my equipment where and when required.
  • that this excludes the club's responsibility for loss or damage to equipment stored.
Process

Once completed, it is prefered that this form is emailed to chicken_shed_request@wilsoniansc.org.uk but it can also be handed in to the CDO or placed in the Internal Inbox at the end of the bar.

The request will be reviewed and responded to, and once payment has been received, a bay will be assigned if it has not already been done so.

NB: BACS payment to 80912816 - 20-25-42 stating your name as the reference.
